Bringing a plant to swap isn’t required\, come to buy a plant if you prefer. All are welcome!\n\nAt this plant exchange\, you will find houseplants\, gemstones\, ciders\, and more. You are able to attend the event even if you don’t have plants to swap. So\, come and feel free to bring your family and friends along with you!\n\nIf you are bringing plants to swap please make sure that they are:\n• Healthy\n• Pest free\n• Unrooted cuttings need to have visible nodes!\n• Please label your plants with the proper names to the best of your ability (common or scientific!)\n• Please have a listing price either marked or in mind in case people are coming without trades or others don’t have something that you’re interested in\n\nYou are able to bring handmade items like macrame hangers to sell or swap- they just must be plant-related. Sophie is a passionate reader\, writer\, and nature lover. You can expect to leave her classes feeling grounded\, calm\, and strong.\nAubrey D\nAubrey believes in the ability to heal your body and achieve optimal wellness through breath\, movement\, and nutrition. She credits yoga for bringing physical\, mental\, and spiritual wellness to her own life. It is her hope that the classes she leads serve as an opportunity to slow down\, connect to breath\, and leave feeling relaxed and recharged. When she is not on the mat\, she is likely out exploring the trails with her Labradoodle\, Opie.\nMadeline F\nMadeline’s mission is to bring joy and laughter to others on and off the mat. She thrives on connection and her classes offer a safe space to feel kindness and acceptance. She offers a space to play and feel confident in any class or pose. Madeline believes that yoga can be as much a creative outlet as a mindful practice. She honors that yoga is for everyone and everybody\, bringing that sense of belonging with her in life on and off the mat. Madeline is trained in vinyasa and yin styles.\nMary O\nMary has been practicing yoga since she was in fifth grade and is so thankful for the impact that it has had on her life. Off her\nmat\, Mary uses the skills of mindfulness and balance that yoga has graciously provided as the Education Director at Hartley Nature Center. Her mission is to cultivate compassion forward spaces that allow students to approach their practice\, their bodies and their mindset with curiosity and wonder rather than judgment. She provides the opportunity for challenge to feel joyful and creative while encouraging students to grow those qualities on and off the mat.
