DESCRIPTION:Join Cass from Move with Cass on Sunday February 4th at Wild State Cider to experience Duluth’s FIRST EVER ERAS BARRE CLASS! Class will begin at 10am. The entire playlist will be set to Taylor Swift and Cass will take you through ALL of the eras.\n\nWhat is barre? Barre is a full body workout that targets your stabilizing muscles and works them to fatigue. Basically… you’ll burn and shake a lot but you’ll come to love it! You’ll work muscles you didn’t even know existed. Options are always available to make this class accessible to all.\n\nPlan to dress up\, have fun\, move to the beat\, and sweat! This class will be rhythmic\, but do not stress if you feel like rhythm is not your thing. I’ve got you!! We will work hard but have even more fun. Feel free to dance and belt out the lyrics to your favorite Taylor Swift songs!\n\nYou will receive a friendship bracelet upon arrival to wear during class and you’ll also receive 1 Cider/NA beverage after class while you mingle with your fellow Swifties!\n\nNote: There is no requirement to be a Swiftie\, but you must be prepared to have FUN!\nSign up ahead of time is required.\nAny questions reach out to Cass at: cassidy@gomovewithcass.com
